Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Volleyball Empire · Effective date: 19 August 2026 · Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all children and adults participating in Volleyball Empire training sessions in Dubai. By enrolling yourself or your child, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment and Place Confirmation
Submitting the registration form records the family’s enrollment request but does not by itself confirm the player’s place. A place is confirmed after Volleyball Empire receives and confirms the required payment or confirms an agreed Payment Plan arrangement in writing.
3. Full-Term Commitment
Full-Term Commitment enrollment is based on the recurring training day or days selected during registration. The family is enrolling for the selected Term schedule and reserved place, not purchasing individual drop-in sessions.
4. Fees and Payment
Registration V1 is paid by bank transfer unless Volleyball Empire confirms another method in writing. Payment must be completed within the applicable enrollment/payment window. Volleyball Empire may release an unpaid place where payment is not received by the communicated deadline.
A Payment Plan may be available by separate agreement. A Payment Plan changes only the timing of payment and does not convert a Full-Term Commitment into monthly, pay-per-class or attendance-based billing. Early Bird requires full upfront payment and cannot be combined with a Payment Plan.
5. Bank-Transfer Timing
Families are responsible for allowing sufficient time for bank processing. If Volleyball Empire is being added as a new beneficiary, the family’s bank may require an activation or verification period before a transfer can be completed.
6. Attendance and Punctuality
Attendance: Consistent attendance is important for long-term player development, group structure and training progression. Attendance, makeups, credits and missed-session treatment are governed by the Attendance & Training Organization Policy, which forms part of the enrollment agreement.
Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure an organized start.
Attendance Issues: Repeated lateness or failure to notify the coach in advance may affect participation and group organization.
7. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or limitations that could affect their safe participation in the training sessions.
Participation Risk: Participation in training carries inherent risks associated with sport. Participants and their guardians are responsible for following coach instructions and disclosing relevant health information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Conduct and Discipline
Behavior: Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff and other players is expected at all times. Players are expected to follow coach instructions, maintain respectful behavior and participate with appropriate focus and effort during training sessions.
Discipline: Participants are required to comply with Volleyball Empire's Training Rules & Behavior Policy and Attendance & Training Organization Policy. Volleyball Empire reserves the right to suspend, restrict participation, or remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the training environment, compromises safety, or repeatedly violates academy policies.
9. Schedule, Venue and Group Changes
Volleyball Empire may make reasonable operational changes to training time, venue, coach or group arrangements where required by facility availability, safety, school operations, calendar changes or similar operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, families will be informed in advance. A reasonable change within the communicated operating area does not by itself cancel the Full-Term Commitment or create an automatic refund right.
10. Refunds
Ordinary change of mind, deciding to stop, travel, holidays, schedule-preference changes, choosing another activity/academy, transport difficulty or dissatisfaction without academy breach do not create an automatic refund right.
Serious exceptional circumstances — such as material injury/medical inability, permanent relocation/leaving the UAE, or a comparable serious circumstance — may be reviewed by Volleyball Empire subject to supporting evidence, the individual facts and applicable law.
Where Volleyball Empire approves a refund under the current fee structure, the 30% academy business/administration component is non-refundable and only the unused proportional part of the 70% training-service component is refundable, except where applicable law requires a different result.
11. Media
Volleyball Empire regularly photographs and films academy activities. The Registration form presents clear media wording and requires a positive parent/guardian acceptance rather than relying only on a hidden blanket clause.
If a parent/guardian has a specific photography/video restriction or concern, Volleyball Empire must be notified in writing before registration is submitted so the academy can determine whether and how the restriction can be operationally accommodated.
Where media processing relies on consent, the parent/guardian may later withdraw consent in writing. Withdrawal applies prospectively to future processing/use from the point reasonably practicable and does not automatically invalidate prior lawful use. Removal of already-published or third-party-shared material may be limited by technical/practical factors and applicable law.
12. Training Apparel
A Volleyball Empire training shirt is mandatory for youth training. The Annual Academy Fee includes three Volleyball Empire training shirts. Replacement/additional shirts are AED 100 each unless Volleyball Empire later communicates a changed price. Academy apparel designs, colors and models are standardized and may not be customizable.
13. Communication
Parents and participants are responsible for maintaining an active WhatsApp number for training communication, schedule updates and urgent organizational matters.
14. Incorporated Policies
The Training Rules & Behavior Policy, Attendance & Training Organization Policy and Privacy Policy form part of the Registration agreement and are linked from the Registration form.
15. Privacy Policy
Volleyball Empire handles personal data as described in our dedicated Privacy Policy, which covers data collection, processing, storage, and your rights regarding your personal information.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Volleyball Empire may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The latest version will always be accessible on our website.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
