Volleyball Empire respects the privacy of its players and their families. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how long we keep it and how parents or guardians can contact us about it.

Volleyball Empire provides volleyball training sessions and programs in Dubai.

2. Information We Collect
When a parent or guardian submits an inquiry or registration form, we may collect:
- parent or guardian name
- parent or guardian WhatsApp number
- child’s name and age group
- training availability and program preferences
- current volleyball level, where provided
- academy shirt size
- travel constraints, questions, and other optional notes
- training attendance and communication history
We do not require detailed medical records through our registration form. If a parent or guardian provides relevant health, allergy, injury, or safety information, we use it only to support the child’s safe participation in training.
We do not collect payment card details through the registration form.
3. Why We Use This Information
We use personal information to:
- review and administer registration inquiries
- organize training groups, schedules, and attendance
- communicate with parents or guardians about training sessions and urgent organizational matters
- prepare academy apparel
- respond to questions and requests
- support the safe participation of players
- maintain reasonable training and administrative records
4. Children’s Information
Volleyball Empire programs may be attended by children and teenagers.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration form for a child and confirm that they are authorized to provide the child’s information.
We collect only information reasonably needed to organize training, communicate with families, and provide academy services.
5. Photos and Videos
Volleyball Empire may photograph or film training sessions to document academy activities, player development, and the training environment.
Photos and videos may be used for coaching, operational, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
Parents or guardians with a specific concern or restriction regarding photography or video must notify Volleyball Empire in writing before enrollment. Volleyball Empire will consider reasonable requests but cannot guarantee that a participant will never appear in wide group footage.
6. Who Can Access Information
Access to personal information is limited to Dimitriy Vdovin and authorized Volleyball Empire staff who need it to organize training or communicate with families.
We use service providers such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, website hosting, and email services to operate our services. These providers may process or store information on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain registration, attendance, and communication information for two years after the participant’s last training session.
If a family submits a form but does not join a program, we retain the information for two years from the date of the form submission.
After this period, information is deleted or anonymized during periodic record reviews, unless a longer retention period is required for a legitimate legal, accounting, or safety reason.
8. Security
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. Access is restricted to people who need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Parents and guardians should contact us promptly if they believe their information has been used or disclosed incorrectly.
9. Your Requests
A parent or guardian may contact us to:
- ask what information we hold
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion of information
- ask questions about how information is used
