Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all children and adults participating in Volleyball Empire training sessions in Dubai.
By enrolling yourself or your child, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
Attendance: Consistent attendance is important for long-term player development, group structure and training progression.
Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure an organized start.
Attendance Issues: Repeated lateness or failure to notify the coach in advance may affect participation and group organization.
3. Health and Safety
Health Information: Parents/guardians must inform Volleyball Empire before training of any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury or limitation that may affect the participant’s safe participation.
Injuries and Participation: Volleyball involves inherent risks. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the participant is fit to take part and for informing Volleyball Empire of relevant health, allergy, injury or safety information.
Volleyball Empire will take reasonable measures to provide a safe training environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Conduct and Discipline
Behavior: Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff and other players is expected at all times.
Players are expected to follow coach instructions, maintain respectful behavior and participate with appropriate focus and effort during training sessions.
Discipline: Participants are required to comply with Volleyball Empire’s Training Rules & Behavior Policy and Attendance & Training Organization Policy, as communicated by the academy.
Volleyball Empire reserves the right to suspend, restrict participation, or remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the training environment, compromises safety, or repeatedly violates academy policies.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by Volleyball Empire: In the rare event that a session is cancelled by Volleyball Empire, participants will be offered a makeup session or a proportional adjustment.
Cancellations by Participants: Refunds are not guaranteed. However, Volleyball Empire may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances.
6. Photography and Video
Volleyball Empire may photograph or film training sessions to document academy activities, player development and the training environment.
Photos and videos may be used for coaching, operational, website, social-media and promotional purposes.
Parents/guardians with a specific concern or restriction regarding photography or video must notify Volleyball Empire in writing before enrolment. Volleyball Empire will consider reasonable requests but cannot guarantee that a participant will never appear in wide group footage.
7. Training Apparel
Participants may be required to wear official Volleyball Empire training apparel during specific programs, camps or events.
Academy apparel designs, colors and models are standardized and may not be customizable.
If a participant arrives without the required academy apparel, Volleyball Empire may provide replacement apparel and charge it separately.
8. Communication
Parents and participants are responsible for maintaining an active WhatsApp number for training communication, schedule updates and urgent organizational matters.
9. Privacy Policy
Volleyball Empire processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Volleyball Empire website.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and how parents or guardians may contact us about their information.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Volleyball Empire may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The latest version will always be accessible on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
